Brief Rationale

The act of redeeming gifts acts as a tangible representation of progress and achievement within the app. As users accumulate points or achieve milestones related to time management, they can exchange these accomplishments for physical items, thereby reinforcing their commitment to the desired behavior. Additionally, the redeem system serves as a mechanism for building a sense of community and belonging among users. By offering items like Stickers, Keychains, and Postcards that can be shared or displayed, Purmate fosters connections between users who share similar goals to better take care of their newly adopted cat, further motivating them to remain active within the app.
